Featured Item: Custom Fabricated Drying Rack

This customer had 45" diameter filter screens that were extremely vulnerable while they were drying between processes. No longer wanting to pay for damaged filter screens and down time, this customer turned to Non-Metallic Solutions to help them. We designed these custom racks to hold the discs safely while they were drying. The slots in the holding plates were designed to allow for the discs, which are slightly out of round, to roll into place without disengaging from their location. The carts have pharma-grade all swivel casters and are pitched to one end where we have installed an 1-1/2" sanitary drain outlet.

Featured Item: Custom Fabricated Carry Case

This is a custom protective carry case for a bladder filled with product. The customer asked that the case have two compartments, one for bladder and the other to hold the bladder tubing. The case is designed to hold the media bag stationary, with a cover that could be secured but completely removed, and a handle for easy transport.
